By creating an account or using the GosentePay platform and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You must provide accurate registration details and complete identity verification before transacting. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API key, and secret key confidential, and for all activity under your account.
GosentePay facilitates mobile money collections and disbursements through a licensed third-party payment processor. Collecting money (deposits) is free — the full amount is credited to your wallet. Withdrawals are charged a tiered service fee based on the amount sent, starting from UGX 1,100, which is deducted from your wallet balance. Current rates are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the service.
You may not use GosentePay for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity, including money laundering or processing payments for illegal goods and services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Successful deposits are credited to your GosentePay wallet. Withdrawals are debited from your wallet balance. If a withdrawal fails, the amount and fee are refunded automatically. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance before initiating withdrawals.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GosentePay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from network downtime, third-party provider failures, or misuse of your credentials.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
